Seeing as Brett Kavanaugh was finally confirmed by the Senate by a 50-48 vote and sworn in as the newest justice on the Supreme Court Saturday afternoon, we’d think something like the swearing-in ceremony would be the photo of the day.

But we don’t possess the keen eye of CNN’s media reporter, Brian Stelter, who nominated another image as the most memorable.

Yeah, no. Some random clown on a statue? Pass.

Maybe Stelter could have held off until he saw the swearing-in picture instead of going with clown on statue.
