On Sunday, actor Anthony Rapp accused Kevin Spacey of making unwanted sexual advances toward him when he was 14 and Spacey was 26. In a statement posted to social media, Spacey said he doesn’t remember the encounter; he also came out as gay.
As Twitchy reported Monday, ABC News was hammered for its headline more concerned with Spacey’s “emotional tweet” than with allegations of sexual harassment of a minor.

It took The New York Times a day longer to come up with a take nearly as hot:
While coming out is often met with support, the response was far different for Kevin Spacey https://t.co/utNeHYuyBc
