Special Agent Jessi Rice said an investigation suggests someone used a pipe bomb outside the office, which they believe was targeted. However, she also noted that the blast took place after the office had closed, indicating that whoever was responsible likely “didn’t want to kill anyone.”

A restaurant in the shopping plaza housing the Air Force facility was reported to have surveillance video of the incident, which the FBI is expected to review Tuesday.

The FBI has confirmed that it has a suspect in custody, and some digging on social media seems to suggest the suspect was more intent on causing property damage than harming anyone.
