Update: Three dead after car driven through Melbourne's Bourke Street mall 'at speed'; Not terror, say police

One person is reported dead and around 20 injured after someone drove a car into pedestrians at the Bourke Street mall in Melbourne, Australia. The driver is reported in custody.

The death toll has risen to three, police said at a press conference.
