Graphic video of the fatal officer-involved shooting of Terence Crutcher in Tulsa, Okla., in September quickly went viral, inspiring protests and a federal investigation to determine whether Crutcher’s civil rights were violated.
On Tuesday, autopsy results in the case were released and showed that Crutcher, who was unarmed, had PCP in his system at the time of his death.
BREAKING: Autopsy: Unarmed black man fatally shot last month by white Oklahoma police officer had PCP in system when he died.

A vial of PCP had been found in Crutcher’s car, and an attorney for Betty Shelby, who fired the fatal gunshot, said his client believed from her drug recognition training that Crutcher might be under the influence of PCP.
The release of the autopsy report certainly doesn’t conclude the investigation, but it did rile plenty of observers who considered the findings irrelevant.

Being on PCP = death sentence? Where in the penal code is that?
— Bass Reeves (@jdrch) October 11, 2016
Guess that's an executable offense now?

So you are implying that rates capitol punishment? How about @McDonalds french fries? Does that require execution also?

does PCP attract unnecessary arms fire? Who fucking cares? Man was gunned down without cause. UNARMED. UNARMED. UNARMED.

That still doesn't warrant an execution. And it doesn't take away from the fact that he had his arms up. @AP

Critics of the police are quick to point out that the badge doesn’t make a person judge, jury, and executioner, though having a Twitter account apparently does.
……and that matters WHY? SHE KILLED HIM ON PURPOSE IN COLD BLOOD.

This isn't the Philippines where being on drugs means a public execution.

That does not justify his #murder, @AP. Stop trying to demonize and defame the victims of murderous #PoliceOfficers.
