News reports are just beginning to trickle in about a man’s rampage with a knife at a home for the disabled near Tokyo, leaving 19 dead and as many as 45 injured at most recent count.

The U.K. Express reports that police arrested a man in his 20s who allegedly broke into a home for the disabled in the city of of Sagamihara, near Tokyo. Police were called to the scene after a man carrying a knife was seen on the grounds. The motive is unknown at this time.

Russia Today is reporting that the number injured is now 45, with 20 in critical condition.
