As Twitchy reported, a new poll released Thursday suggests that even though Hillary Clinton escaped federal prosecution over her “careless” mishandling of classified information, her favorability rating took a serious hit.
That Clinton was allowed to skate even after FBI Director James Comey laid out a convincing case against her only contributed to the suspicion that there’s a serious double-standard at work in Washington, and news that FBI agents working her case were asked to sign non-disclosure agreements can only reinforce that perception.
EXTREME MEASURES: FBI tried to 'gag' agents in Clinton email probe with special secrecy agreements https://t.co/pEqh62JZKT via FNC

Fox News’ Catherine Herridge and Pamela K. Browne reported Thursday that all FBI agents working Clinton’s case signed a “Case Briefing Acknowledgement,” in which they agreed that, because of the sensitive nature of the case, their compliance with confidentiality rules was “subject to verification by polygraph examination.”
So, while Clinton wasn’t under oath during her Saturday morning interview with the FBI, the agents investigating her were subject to lie detector tests on demand.
@FBI how come the #FBIAgents are subject to a lie detector test if they break gag order, but @HillaryClinton wasn't under oath or recorded?

Because it was just a routine security review, like Clinton maintained all along.

This only reinforces the theory that there is a far larger scandal hidden behind that email server~ https://t.co/bmXguD4ieU

Fox News reports the arrangement was confirmed in a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley. In the letter, the FBI explained that two purposes of the Case Briefing Acknowledgement form were to “remind individuals of their obligations to protect classified and sensitive information,” and to “maintain an official record of all persons knowledgeable of this highly unusual investigation.”
Here’s video from Fox News, in case you weren’t angry enough already.

so unlike Clinton if these FBI agents were to leak classified info would they be charged?
— Deplorable Vet❌ (@champlintnusmc) July 14, 2016
what is the penalty for failure to comply? HC endangers our nation and gets nothing, yet agents "leaking" info on a case get….???

Self-awareness is not her strong suit.
