President hasn't bothered to read the 28 pages of the 9/11 report either

As Twitchy reported, House Speaker Paul Ryan confessed last Sunday, a week after calling for their release, that he hadn’t yet read the 28 “missing” pages of the 9/11 report which have finally been made available to members of Congress.

NBC reported that the pages, which possibly shed light on the chain of funding that made the 9/11 terrorist attacks possible, “are locked away in a secure basement room at the Capitol and although they can be read by members of Congress, the pages remain classified.”

President Obama, who in his defense of Hillary Clinton declared that “there’s classified and there’s classified,” doesn’t seem to be in any rush to read the missing pages of the report either, according to press secretary Josh Earnest.

“The president obviously reads a lot of material on a day-to-day basis,” Earnest told reporters Monday. “I’m not sure that he felt that it was necessary for him to read those 28 pages.”

For a president who’s been hounding Republican senators for months to “do their job” and confirm his Supreme Court nominee, there’s a lot he doesn’t seem to feel is necessary.
