In February, President Obama announced that he’d be traveling to Cuba in March to help “improve the lives of the Cuban people,” later using his weekly video address to add that his historic visit would “advance the goals that guide us.”
Today, Major League Baseball revealed that the president would be improving the lives of the Cuban people by attending a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game in Havana.

He explained that already — something about his huge security footprint disrupting the service. This is a baseball game in Cuba.

So, will the president meet with the dissidents who were arrested and jailed pending the visits of Pope Francis and other world leaders?
@MLB @POTUS @RaysBaseball will they let the political prisoners watch from their cells?
