During last night’s State of the Union address, President Obama briefly mentioned that “protecting our kids from gun violence” would remain among his top priorities in 2016, and South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley addressed the immigration controversy in her response, saying that “no one who is willing to work hard, abide by our laws, and love our traditions should ever feel unwelcome in this country.”
It’s dismaying, then, to read the latest from Alexandria, Virginia. Emily Miller, chief investigative reporter for FOX 5 News in Washington, D.C., reports on the body of 24-year-old Jose Luis Ferman Perez found in a playground Monday morning.

Alexandria police chief – gang violence in region has intensified in recent years. MS13 particularly.

We’ll take a wild, unconfirmed guess that the gang doesn’t obtain its guns legally. And as far as immigration status …
I asked Alexandria police chief of immigration status of victims and suspects in gang murders. NO ONE is in country legally.
