While Tamir Rice protesters in Cleveland marched through the streets and played dead in busy intersections, a much smaller group gathered in front of the home of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, alleging a cover-up of the shooting death of Laquan McDonald, who was shot by a police officer 16 times. Recently released dash-cam video of the shooting has enraged many and led others to believe the video was suppressed on purpose.
