Judicial Watch: Hillary Clinton's sworn declaration doesn't certify that all records were provided

As Twitchy reported, a judge has ordered Hillary Clinton and her aides, Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, not to delete any federal documents in their possession. Last week, Clinton even said she had signed a “penalty of perjury” statement claiming she had turned over all work-related emails in her possession.

However, Phil Kerpen, president of American Commitment, notes that Clinton’s sworn statement is a throwback to her husband’s old days in office, questioning what the meaning of the word “all” is.

There are more hedges in this statement than there are around the mansion in Chappaqua.

No, Cheryl Mills isn’t chopped liver. She’s been more accurately described as Hillary Clinton’s “document sifter” and “fixer.”

Kerpen has a message for the reporters at the Washington Post.

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton sums up the main problem with Clinton’s sworn declaration.

“Mrs. Clinton’s declaration fails to comply with both Judge Sullivan’s court order and the State Department’s request. Clinton does not certify she turned over all federal records and provides no information on the extent that Abedin and Mills used her server,” he writes.

“Mrs. Clinton doesn’t want to tell the whole truth about her email system,” Fitton continues. “I’m a sure the court will have more questions for her. This declaration raises more questions than it answers and shows contempt for the court. We will be seeking appropriate relief with the court.”
