#CecilTheLion, hunted and killed by Walter Palmer, a Minneapolis dentist, is sitting atop the list of Twitter’s trending topics in the United States Tuesday night. A petition demanding justice for Cecil the lion in Zimbabwe currently stands at more than 143,000 signatures, while a “We the People” petition on the White House website calls for the arrest and extradition of Palmer to face prosecution for illegal poaching.
Palmer’s dental office was closed today, but protesters have tracked down his home address, with many posting it and his home phone number online.
So can I lure Walter Palmer out of his home to kill, behead, & skin him? I've got a piece of paper saying it's not murder it's just sport.

Look I think we all agree that Dr. Walter Palmer is a complete douchenozzle.
Don't put his home address on Twitter. That makes you a douche

The home of Dr. Walter Palmer. The big game hunter is not here. Not at work. Still looking… #CecilTheLion pic.twitter.com/Xv29nKTBaj

These two “dentist hunters” tracked stuffed animals thrown onto Palmer’s lawn.
They say they're hunting dentists. Throwing stuffed-animal lions as "bait" by Walter Palmer's house. pic.twitter.com/cPgC0s6S73

The water-gun hunters/performance-protesters call their hunt "unsuccessful." But left this behind. pic.twitter.com/OEYfpKroOP

As if story's not gratuitous enough, one more pic of faux-lion-hunter-quasi-thespian-protesters. #CecilTheLion pic.twitter.com/d2fRw925xi

The story has been making the rounds of the world’s media, with international stations like Britain’s Sky News keeping an eye on Palmer’s home.
Int'l media has been outside Dr. Palmer's home all day. Just talked to crew from Sky News, plan to broadcast live later. #CecilTheLion
