During a press conference yesterday, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake invited the input of anyone interested in bringing peace to the city — and then dropped the ball (again) by name-checking Al Sharpton, specifically. Not that she had to invite Sharpton, who would dig a tunnel into the city to reach a television camera if necessary.
Here’s the photographic proof, tweeted from Sharpton’s account. Let’s just say that confidence was not inspired.
