The St. Paul, Minn., Police Department has been offering traffic advisories through its Twitter feed to help commuters navigate today’s #ReclaimMLK march, but marchers have given the police a few surprises when it comes to their route through the city. The first was a stop on the light rail tracks running along University Avenue.
Light rail trains have stopped along University Avenue for this #ReclaimMLK march. No time table for resumption of service.

Sounds like #ReclaimMLK March may be heading south towards I-94. Instead of East on University Avenue. This could cause some problems…
— Paul Blume (@PaulBlume_FOX9) January 19, 2015
police just warned the protesters to return to university come instead they're heading to 94. This could get ugly soon

Here we go. 1st wave of @BlackLivesMpls marchers have reached I-94 ramp. Decisions will need to be made by organizers, law enforcement.
