Cruz vote on executive amnesty fails 22–74; Graham blames Cruz's 'missteps' for confirmations

With senators looking forward to the end of a long Saturday session, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) was granted his point of order vote on whether President Obama’s executive orders on immigration are constitutional.
