'This is no hoax!' Multiple people reported stabbed at Niles, Mich., Amtrak station; Updated: Four injured

A very preliminary news report from WNDU in South Bend, Ind., reports that multiple people have been stabbed at an Amtrak station in Niles, Mich. Tweets from riders suggest that something serious is going on.
