House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) on Monday subpoenaed White House attorney Jennifer O’Connor to appear before the committee Tuesday morning and testify regarding the missing Lois Lerner emails.
Before her promotion to the WH, Jennifor O'Connor led the response to the Congressional #IRStargeting inquiry.

Ms. O'Connor is uniquely qualified to explain why attorneys did not focus on and flag Lerner's 'lost' e-mails at the outset. #IRS

Accordingly, @GOPoversight has subpoenaed Ms. O'Connor to give testimony tomorrow at tomorrow's 9:30 AM hearing. #IRStargeting

Last Thursday, White House Counsel Neil Eggleston declined to make O’Connor available on a voluntary basis as requested by the Oversight Committee.
