US deploys 80 armed forces personnel to assist in search for kidnapped girls

President Obama has reportedly deployed 80 armed forces personnel to Chad to assist in the finding and rescue of more than 200 girls kidnapped in Nigeria.

The full text of the letter to Congress from the White House says that U.S. forces will “support the operation of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft for missions over northern Nigeria.”
