Manuel Osorio-Arellanes was sentenced Monday to 30 years in prison for the killing of U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. Two of the guns used in the administration’s “Fast and Furious” gun walking operation were found at the scene of Terry’s murder in southern Arizona in 2010.
Osorio-Arellanes, a Mexican national, is the only individual who has been prosecuted in the United States. Two other suspects are in police custody in Mexico pending extradition, and Eric Holder still serves as U.S. Attorney General. The House voted in 2012 to find Holder in contempt of Congress.
Good news. Killer of Brian Terry gets 30 years. Bad news. It's not Eric Holder.

Many believe that the sentence is too light.
@NavidehABC15 if I was Brian terry family I would be screaming for death sentence. 30 years doesn't give border patrol agents justice.

@michellemalkin @Ramtoad 30 years for Brian Terry just doesn't seem right based on how young he was when killed.

@michellemalkin @Ramtoad They sentenced Brian Terry to death. Why isn't that sentence good for Hoodlums and terrorists who killed him?
