Sen. John McCain offers top 10 examples of pork in trillion-dollar spending bill

He might have recently been censured by his own party for his “long and terrible record of drafting, co-sponsoring and voting for legislation best associated with liberal Democrats,” but Arizona Sen. John McCain wants you to know he still knows pork when he smells it.

The Senate on Thursday voted 72-26 to pass the $1 trillion, 12-part omnibus spending bill, which will fund the government through the end of September. It will also fund what McCain is calling his top ten examples of pork barrel spending. Drum roll, please.
