Twitchy has been following the story of Fox News anchor Bret Baier and his son, Paul, who last week underwent his third open-heart surgery at age 6. Tweeters stormed heaven with prayers, and today Baier took his son home, but not before passing on some prayers for the other children on their journey to healing.
Things must be going well; Baier says he’ll be back on the air tomorrow to anchor “Special Report,” while Paul takes it easy for a couple of months.
See u tomrow on SR-We met families in their journeys to get their kids' healthy. As we were leaving-Paul said we should pray 4 them-we agree

@BretBaier @childrenshealth can he play like normal or will you have to monitor him closely…father of 4…

.@kruvalis1 docs say he will eventually be his old self with more energy – yikes! But it will likely take 4-6 weeks of taking it easy

More prayers may be needed down the road.
@BretBaier @childrenshealth Yay! Is this the end of Paul's surgeries and health problems and he's all cured forever?

.@HarpAmyStabler He may have another- but this could last us 10 years- we're focused on getting back to living without as much worrying.
