As Twitchy reported earlier today, Sen. Ted Cruz and other members of Congress were wondering when President Obama might take a break from saber rattling to consult with them regarding a possible military strike on Syria.
Across the Atlantic, the House of Commons Thursday evening voted not to authorize military force against the Assad regime.
