Journalist live-tweets tear gas attack on pro-Morsi forces in Egypt

Cliff Cheney has been covering the unrest in Egypt extensively, and today he found himself encamped with pro-Morsi members of the Muslim Brotherhood in Cairo’s Ramses Square. His tweets from the scene show a country that is far from stable as pro-Morsi forces clashed with members of the Central Security Forces near a commuter train stop.

Scratch that:

CNN has fallen afoul of protesters on both sides of the conflict, and now Sky News Arabia is saying that a news van was destroyed by Muslim Brotherhood forces.

Cheney says he’s not taking sides in the conflict but only trying to report what he sees (while staying alive).
