This evening, though, as word circulates that the employer mandate will be pushed back until the 2014 elections are out of the way, many are asking about that January 1, 2014 implementation deadline written into the bill. Isn’t that the law too?

Congress spoke: "“The amendments made by this section shall apply to months beginning after December 31, 2013.” Obama will simply ignore.

Does anyone know by what legal authority O can delay the implementation of Obamacare? Can this be applied to any law of the land?

Of course, there are other options besides breaking the law.
Obama Admin delays Obamacare employer mandate for one year. As predicted this law is coming apart at the seams. http://t.co/yhYFANHeyA

Rather than simply delaying the pain, we should go ahead and scrap this entire law before any more damage is done.

President delays #Obamacare small business mandate a year. Better solution: let's #repeal the whole thing. RT if you agree! #tcot #sctweets

Heard Obama Admin may delay #Obamacare employer mandate for 1 year. How about we delay it all forever? #FullRepeal pic.twitter.com/dGst0dFLpm
