It took quite a few scandals, but the Left has found at least two that threaten its love affair with President Obama and the Democrats: drone strikes and domestic spying. Rep. Nancy Pelosi was booed by the progressives at Netroots Nation when she accused NSA leaker Edward Snowden of criminal activity. When David Gregory asked Glenn Greenwald why he shouldn’t be charged with helping Snowden leak classified material, John Cusack declared it the lowest point in the 65-year history of “Meet the Press.”
Now it’s time to take Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello off of the Obama mailing list. He wants you to know, though, that he didn’t campaign for Obama as much as he did against the other guy; specifically, “jackass” (and RATM fan) Paul Ryan.

"@labdodgers: didn't u suggest we all vote for him??" No, I suggested that Paul Ryan is a jackass, which while true is not the same thing.

It looks like someone already paid for a flight to Cuba, but Snowden wasn’t on it. Is Ecuador the better option?

@tmorello I'm about as liberal as they come but "Drone murders"?? That's a stretch.

Wow. Really @tmorello ? One less T Follower. As a citizen, FUCK THAT. Greenwald followers are turning into a bunch of privileged whiners.

Update:
Morello joins Bill Ayers in calling for Obama (and other U.S. presidents) to be tried and jailed for war crimes.
"@Joshn1975Gmail: he is just doing what every president before him has done ." One more reason he should be jailed.

@tmorello that's Bruce's boy. That's gotta be a interesting conversation.

That’s an interesting point: Morello is currently working with Obama superfan Bruce Springsteen, who campaigned hard for the president’s reelection and even wrote him a campaign song.
