Bradley Manning's trial starts Monday. Rally @ Fort Meade, Maryland tomorrow to let him know we support him: http://t.co/Azgt6lQXzu

Code Pink, whose co-founder Medea Benjamin heckled President Obama during a speech at the National Defense University May 23, was again on the wrong side of the Obama administration today at a march for Bradley Manning, who faces court martial next week. Code Pink, Occupy and other groups were on hand for a march around Fort Meade in Maryland in support of Manning, carrying signs reading “My hero” and “Bradley Manning ‘died’ for our sins.”
Getting the president’s attention will be an uphill climb, though, considering Attorney General Eric Holder won’t even acknowledge his role in targeting Fox News reporter James Rosen, whom he apparently named as a co-conspirator under the Espionage Act. Manning, meanwhile, has admitted to leaking hundreds of thousands of classified documents to Wikileaks and pleaded guilty to 10 of 22 charges against him, earning him the “official” title of hero from Michael Moore. Code Pink swapped out the vagina costumes for pink parasols in protest.
