Anarchists in Seattle, Wash., left behind thousands of dollars in damage following last year’s May Day march, but this year police had assistance on the streets in the form of Phoenix Jones and his Rain City Superhero team. We don’t know if the costumed vigilantes took down any evildoers, but they did manage to draw the media’s attention away from the protesters, which was a heroic feat in itself.
