So-called journalist Chuck Todd refers to 'so-called' right-to-work legislation

As often as MSNBC hosts accused conservatives of blowing racist “dog whistles” during the campaign season, we still think our hearing is pretty good. Quite a few people heard real journalist Chuck Todd this evening refer to “so-called right-to-work legislation” in his coverage of Michigan’s recent vote. Now why would he say that?
