Reuters is reporting tonight that Mexican troops have arrested two suspects in the killing of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Nicolas Ivie, who was shot and killed early Tuesday near Naco, Arizona. A second agent was injured as the two were on patrol at Brian Terry Station.
The two suspects were detained just miles from the site of the shooting, according to Mexican officials. At least one Univision reporter wondered if the gun used in the killing was connected to the Obama administration’s Fast and Furious operation.

Someone had to ask:
@ShannonBream were they Obama and Holder?

Update:
Fox News reports that the shooting may have been accidental and that no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting on either side of the border.
CBP's Self says possibility Ivie died in a "tragic accident, result of friendly fire" doesn't change fact that he made ultimate sacrifice.
