Producer Seth MacFarlane has a serious question for gun owners across America:
To those broad-stroke defenders of the 2nd amendment: How many of you have actually BEEN shot at? Any at all? Well, listen to these kids who have. https://t.co/huxCTpqcgv

So, because we haven’t been shot at doesn’t mean we’re allowed to want to protect our Second Amendment rights? Got it.
It’s crazy to defend the 2nd Am in 2018. Written in times of war and muskets.

But you don’t say the same thing about the First Amendment.
Hypocritical much?
It's crazy to defend the first amendment in 2018. Written in times of printing presses and quills. The founders could never have imagined that @stereotypesthlm would be able to broadcast his opinion to the masses from his phone.

BURN.
I’ve been shot at, and had guns pointed at me. Would have been great if I’d had a firearm to defend myself. Are you going to listen to my lived experience Seth, or is it only teenage girls you tend to follow on gun rights?

Seth must think it’s okay to cherry pick stories. You know, pick the ones that fit his end goal of gun control.
I fully support the 2nd amendment right to bear muskets…

And this is what America is made of these days.
Seth, I do know how traumatizing it is to be shot at. I even witnessed my friend shoot himself in the head, but none of it happened because of the 2nd amdmt. We do need stricter gun laws and secured schools for children, but this Country will not ban arms. Not in our lifetime.

At least someone realizes that outright banning guns won’t happen.
I've been shot at and in rocket attacks and you still aren't getting my gun. With a rogue FBI, DOJ, DNC and out of control government I'm going to buy more guns. The second amendment isn't about hunting, it's about defending myself from the government. Think before you speak.

TRUTH.
The Founding Fathers were worried about a tyrannical government. They wanted to make sure Americans had guns to defend themselves against a corrupt government. Removing the Second Amendment removes one of our most basic rights AND protections we have.
I have been robbed at gunpoint. The last thing I wanted was gun control but I did want a 9mm with hollowpoints. I was working a job that forbid it's employees to carry. Now I am a conceal carry permit holder. I refuse to be a victim again.

That’s the difference between gun rights advocates and gun control advocates. Gun control proponents want you to take a chance with your life. Gun rights advocates want you to take your safety into your own hands.
Stick to Cartoons Seth.

There’s a CRAZY thought.
