Believe All Women, Unless They Tell You They Might Get Crippled Competing Against Men

A couple of days ago, we told you how the women's volleyball team at the University of Nevada decided to forfeit a match against San Jose State University (SJSU) because the latter team has a man on it. That man has -- twice now -- spiked volleyballs in to the faces of women on opposing teams, hurting them.

Here's video of the latest incident:

I applaud the women of the University of Nevada team for taking a stance against the insanity that is men in women's sports. It doesn't matter if they 'identify' as female. They are men, and they have a physical advantage over women that puts the health and safety of female athletes at risk.

The administration at the University of Nevada doesn't seem to care, however.

You have to read further down in this article from The Daily Signal to find it, but here it is, in black and white (emphasis added):

After the women decided not to compete against San Jose State, the University of Nevada at Reno administration released a statement expressing its intent to go forward with the game.

The University intends to move forward with the match as scheduled, and the players may choose not to participate in the match on the day of the contest,” the statement said. “No players will be subject to any team disciplinary action for their decision not to participate in the match.”

Despite lack of support from their school, the Nevada volleyball players still plan to boycott the game. They are prepared to face whatever comes their way.

The message from the University of Nevada administration is clear: women are expected to subject themselves to physical abuse and harm at the hands of men, simply if those men say they are women.

Absolutely maddening.

I told you about Payton McNabb, a 17-year-old former volleyball player who was hit in the face by a ball spiked by a male competitor. That hit left her paralyzed and with brain damage.

The Daily Signal article I link above also notes that the net in men's volleyball is 7.5 inches higher to compensate for the superior athleticism of men. They have a higher jump, can hit the ball at higher velocities, and more power than women. According to Marshi Smith of the Independent Council on Women's Sports, even MEN who played with a net at that height would be subject to increased risk of concussion and other injury.

So I ask the administration at the University of Nevada and SJSU this: what happened to the notion of consent and respecting women when they say no?

Just a few short years ago, I have no doubt the administration at the University of Nevada would have eagerly expelled any man merely accused of sexual assault in the name of 'safety'. In fact, a quick Google search showed the University of Nevada Reno participated in the I STAND campaign which focused on consent in sexual encounters.

We've all seen the stories from campuses across the country: a woman accuses a man of sexual assault, or says (often after the fact) she didn't consent to a sexual encounter and the man's life is ruined. Women, they said, are to be believed without question and often without evidence. Men are guilty, denied due process, and put through a kangaroo justice process where the outcome is always pre-determined (spoiler alert: the man is always guilty, even when he's innocent).

Women couldn't consent to sexual encounters if they'd had anything to drink or were otherwise impaired. I assume the women of the University of Nevada volleyball team are sober.

How quickly those universities have forgotten the notion of consent when the men involved say they're women.

We women have no obligation to sit quietly by while men take over our locker rooms, our teams, and our safe spaces. And we certainly don't have an obligation to sacrifice our health and safety on the altar of wokeness so someone who is 'trans' can feel 'accepted' while he gives women concussions.

In the 1983 movie 'War Games', the computer Joshua says, 'The only winning move is not to play.' And in this case, it's absolutely true.

I applaud the women of the University of Nevada volleyball team. It sucks -- it absolutely sucks -- that they have to give up a competition to send a message, but it's the only way women can protect themselves from abuse and injury at the hands of the trans activists.

Perhaps the University of Nevada administration needs to be reminded that 'no' means 'no' on and off the court.
