Ever since Kamala Harris was coronated as the Democratic Party nominee, and once she made Tim Walz her running mate, the Left has made a concerted effort to 'reshape' masculinity and manhood by elevating Walz and Doug Emhoff as what it means to be a modern man: one who eschews 'toxic' masculinity in favor of being progressive sex symbols.
(Pardon me while I throw up in my mouth a little bit).
This approach is not working well. At all. Kamala is struggling to make up ground with black and Hispanic men. She's struggling with men in general.
I am (not) shocked. For years, the Left has said men are awful -- they're all rapists, they're all oppressors, they're privileged. And -- because of this -- the deserve to be punished. To that end, men are discriminated against in employment, in family court, in education.
Unless you're a Democrat and someone like Tara Reade accuses you of sexual assault. Or of you're Doug Emhoff and a woman accuses you of slapping her. Then, suddenly and miraculously those charges -- which would take down any other man -- are dismissed as 'distractions.'

Brett Kavanaugh would disagree.
But I digress.
Kamala's polling with men is abysmal, and it's the byproduct of decades of abuse doled out by the Democratic Party. The problem is: Kamala needs those votes to win the White House.
Which is why Kamala and Walz are trying really hard to get those voters back. Walz went pheasant hunting this week, with 'social media influencers' to try to appeal to men:

It's also unsurprising that the Democrats have no clue how to appeal to men, given that video clip.
This entire photo op reads like something that was focused group with Democrat campaign strategists who learned everything they need to know from men by watch Dylan Mulvaney's TikTok feed.
I can only imagine how that conversation went:
Kamala Campaign: We need to appeal to men. How can we do that?
Strategist: How about hunting? Men like hunting, right?
Kamala Campaign: We guess. Tim Walz carried weapons of war, after all. How different can hunting be?
Strategist: You know what else men like? Drinking. Maybe we could have Walz down some beer or something.
Kamala Campaign: He's a big fan of Diet Mt. Dew, would that work? We could have a staffer hand him one.
Strategist: If he pounds it, sure.
It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic.
And why is it pathetic?
Because the Democrats clearly haven't met a single American male outside the Beltway. In decades, if at all. They grow up in privileged enclaves where men like Walz and Emhoff are the norm.
Since Leftists can't fathom a world that exists outside of their little bubble, all men must be just like them. Which is why White Dudes for Harris was as laughable as it was ineffective.
The reality is -- as we all know -- men are not all like Tim Walz and Doug Emhoff. Thank goodness.
And this is a reality that's going to bite the Kamala campaign and Democrats hard on November 5. Thank goodness for that, too.
